Good Morning and Happy Preparation Day to All!

Some folks are asking us about the timing of channuka. I do believe it had first candle lighting on the 25th? I do not keep it as it is not a moed of Yehovah as detailed in Leviticus 23. It is a moed of Judaism and is kept as a national holiday.

There are some nice rains falling in the North and the Coastal Plain south of the Jezreel Valley. That includes some of our traditionally early locations. It appears we are heading into a stretch ahead which will in fact give life sustaining rains in those locations as well. The key here is "sustaining" for they are not going to be of such volume to fill reservoirs unless something changes. But, they are what is needed for this timing in the Abib Growing Cycle to produce multiple locations of a First of a Firstfruits Offering to establish the Month of Abib.

There are lots of pictures flooding the internet of rainbows in the Land this morning. Thus we have put a couple in for you. Also lots of photos this week of first spraying of barley and wheat. Timing is everything is it not.
