Hi Folks, With the cloud cover having moved into the horizon and the haze itself we were not able to view a crescent this evening as we had surmised earlier. Venus went in and out of the clouds and in itself was beautiful. For us here, that makes tomorrow night at sunset the start of the 7th Biblical Month and the Feast of Trumpets. Happy Sabbath to you All! Yes, to those asking that we will be watching the horizon over the western sea today via 5 beach cams. As some of you know we are able to see every visible new moon on the 30th day with several of them when the crescent has sufficient lag time. The 29th day (like today) is a different matter.
