To date we have an historic start to the Abib Growing Cycle as all 3 of the major grain growing areas are at the same Zadok stage of growth. Something is up as the saying goes. Good Morning Folks, There has been a lot of mayhem in the Land so far associated with this "weather event" which came out of nowhere as the forecaster stated in the earlier post this week. It has been an epic event for many of the developed areas as some do not have a system in place to expel such amounts of rain in a proper fashion. All of the grain growing areas we follow have received enough moisture to sustain their growth for weeks to come. Our peace we give to you.

Hi Folks, Just a quick note about the early rains. Bridget has an updated post here describing the rain amounts from the last event. It is a great tool to evaluate how much moisture is in the soil during the Abib Growing Cycle from location to location.
