Good morning and a Happy Sabbath to All!

Let me welcome all of the new folks to our Facebook Page and Website. No doubt you are interested in the topic of the Biblical Calendar. We simply refer to it as the Abib Calendar after the month that it starts in. It is not a calendar devised by man but by the Creators. It is designed to be very simple to understand and follow as it is visual. No unseen magic moments in the sky 2,000 miles away from Jerusalem as that is 100% pagan in its origins.

With the called of Father being scattered all over the earth; so we can thus be used to confound the mighty, it takes effort as in time spent using the technology present at this time to establish the criteria from afar to the beginning of the Biblical Year. We have an ease of access to all the information we need to establish the start of the Biblical Year at our finger tips so to speak. Yes, internet, airplanes, cars, etc.

With the completion of the timeline of the Bride of Christ/Messiah approaching rapidly there is an intensified effort by our adversary the devil and his angels of light to introduce as much chaos and confusion to the keeping of the annual appointed times of meeting as they can. They want to step in between you and your Betrothed.

If you are not aware of the fact that we are engaged in a spiritual war with the prince of the power of the air and his minions at this time, you will become a victim of their relentless pursuits in deception designed to steal your crown. Their winds of doctrine are blowing through the Assemblies just as instructed by John in Revelation 2-3. But not all of them! There is one which has little power and yet holds the Key of David (which is repentance if you did not know that). That key opens the door to the Kingdom and all the responsibilities and functions in it. All predicated on sincerity and truth. Many are very sincere in their efforts but lack the other half of the equation.

With the new folks in mind, I have decided to give you a brief history of this watershed doctrine being implemented but first an overview of the process we are once again beginning (Abib Growing Cycle) as the early rains enter the Land. It is something each and every one of you can do yourselves with some practice and time spent. There are many minions of the dark one who will want you to not make the effort but just listen to their prognostications, and of course pay up for their services of enlightenment. The Bible speaks of them often and in specific terms as warnings to us all here at the end of the age. Some will even tell you it is not that important to your calling to have the correct days for the moedim. Imagine that.

Look what Moses was instructed to command after all the moedim/appointed times of meeting were given with their individual specific commands.

Leviticus 23: 37

“These are the feasts (moedim: appointed times of meeting) of Yehovah which you shall proclaim to be holy public rehearsals, to offer an offering made by fire to Yehovah, a burnt offering and a grain offering, a sacrifice and its drink offerings, everything on its day!”

Isaiah 1:13-14

Bring no more (of your) worthless sacrifices; (your) incense is an abomination to Me. The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies, I cannot endure the iniquity of the sacred meeting. Your New Moons and your appointed feasts My soul hates; they are a trouble to Me, I am weary of enduring them.”

Oh yes, it’s still important to keep His appointed times of meeting and no others as that was a warning of disgust to Native Israelites who worshiped Him in pretense when they decided to do so. Many of these same types are aligned against you keeping the moedim of our Elohim on the day that They have declared here at the end of the age. Father and Son say no more sloppy and careless false worship will be allowed or overlooked. We are without excuse, as we have all the tools necessary for making a very clear and simple decision with the spirit of holiness leading us under our Second Marriage Covenant terms and conditions, which just one of the better promises provided under it.

Look at a simple example.

Leviticus 10:1-2 Here we have Nadab and Abihu getting a little tipsy and thus careless and thinking it was okay to enter the Holy of Holies on a day other than the 10th of the 7th month.

“Then Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before Yehovah which He had not commanded them. (They decided a better way) So fire went out from Yehovah and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.”

Leviticus 16:1-2

“Now Yehovah spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered (the profane fire) before Yehovah, and died; and Yehovah said to Moses: tell Aaron your brother not to come at any time (of his choosing) into the Holy of Holies inside the veil before the mercy seat which is on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat.”

It is clear that they had decided to enter behind the veil which covered the entrance to the Holy of Holies and the ark of Testimony with the mercy seat upon it. That was a clear example of not keeping the specific day in the specific month that Yehovah has declared as His moedim.

We need to be very careful in the days and months we chose to keep. Nothing has changed on that. In fact, it has even been upgraded as we have access to the spirit of Holiness to do so. Thus, absolutely no excuse here at the end of the age.

So here is a brief outline of the process we follow during the Abib Growing Cycle for those who are new to it. Please take note you will be tested by the evil one and his angels of light in your infancy with it. They will reign down confusion and conjecture at every opportunity to get you off track if you allow them to enter the gate to your mind.

What we do each and every year is a simple pattern. We have identified many fields in the 3 main grain growing regions in the Land over the past several decades that are traditionally early maturing locations. These are the areas we watch to see which ones receive adequate amounts of the “early rains” in October and first part of November which induce germination. None of this has anything to do with magic moments in the sky. Its hands and feet and eyes on the ground.

Once they are identified by their region, we spend lots of time (like any good farmer) anticipating and recording germination times and then the meteorological conditions following which will determine the rate of growth throughout the balance of the growing cycle. We apply Biblical standards to all of the process as well as the growth stages of the respective grains which were embedded in them at creation. The science side of that is recorded in Zadoks Scale for barley growth. The shortened Biblical version is Mark 4:26-29. And yes, it is right from the unblemished Most Holy Wavesheafs mouth Himself!

“And He said, the kingdom of Elohim is as if a man should 1) sow seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day (the days pass until germination with the first rains), and 2) the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth (good soil) yields crops by itself: 3) first the blade, 4) then the head, 5) after that the full grain in the head. 6) But when the grain ripens (aviv), immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

The Abib Growing Cycle starts with preparing and maintain the soils prior to seeding. Isaiah 28:23-26:

“Pay attention and hear My voice, listen up, and hear what I am saying. Does the plowman keep plowing all day to sow? Does he keep turning his soil and breaking the clods? (No as that is only the first part of the Biblical process of planting and harvesting) When he has leveled its surface, does he not sow the black cummin and scatter the cummin, plant the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place (not in unplowed hillsides or grazing pastures), and the spelt in its place. For his Elohim instructs him; his Elohim teaches him how to make right judgments/decisions.”

This is the Biblical and agricultural process from where a Most Holy Wavesheaf Offering can come from. Thus, we do not accept any false representative claims from none-agricultural soils as instructed by Isaiah, and our Savior Himself in the example of the parable of the sower. Only one soil type makes the grade and that comes from plowed, leveled, and then planted fields, and that according to its type of seed that will flourish in it. Matthew 13:3-15

“Then He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: behold, a sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, 1) some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. 2) Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up, they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away. #3) And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them. #4) But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Now please pay attention to the context he gave this agricultural lesson in and to whom, with the associate caveat! It is not for everyone!

“And the disciples came and said to Him, why do You speak to them in parables?

He answered and said to them, because it has been given to you to know the hidden truths of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore, I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. (But they think they do and will tell you so) And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and seeing you will see and not perceive; for the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, so that I should heal them.”

That is not Paul giving this instruction which many reject, it is the Messiah Himself! But many think they are more righteous than He is based on their rejection of this pattern in scripture.

Once again, this watershed doctrine of the Abib Calendar and its growing cycle are not for everyone. In fact, it is for the few, and not the many, even under the terms and conditions of those called by Father at this time. So, if you see the truth of all of this, do not fret because someone else cannot. It’s about you and your relationship in your calling. You are the one who is answering the knock on the door by Messiah, and inviting Him in to dine one on one at the table with you.

You will hear the term ‘goat grass’ mentioned from time to time by me. That is the designation I have given to anemic wild barley growing in poor soils which is not acceptable for an unblemished Most Holy Wavesheaf Offering, which is the standard set by our Savior as it being representative of His spiritual sin free self. He is our Wavesheaf Offering, who was accepted on our behalf on Wavesheaf sunday/first day of the Biblical week and thus making it possible for us Gentiles to be grafted into the number of Spiritual Israel.

Those who are under a spirit of stupor and those who are outright angels of light of our adversary, do not understand these hidden truths. Thus, they are fine with promoting dead anemic wild barley or better termed goat grass as acceptable to represent our blemish free Messiah. Imagine that.

Keep in mind there are many locations where wild barley flourishes in good soils, in and amongst her sister; domestic barley. In each and every instance of this, she towers over her domestic sister, and for that matter, over her cousin the wheat because of the nutrient rich soil, the good soil. Thus, we have the witness of the two barley sisters in unison. You can see us using these wonderful representative samples also depicting our blemish free Most Holy Savior in the record archives of our past inspections of the Abib Growing Cycle; watching from afar, and from inspections in the Land.

Please do not be fooled by agents of the evil one trying to steal your crown, who come to you as angels of light with their deceptive and false prognostications and winds of doctrine. There are many of them. You will know them often as they demand your hard-earned fruit for their magnanimous generosity of sharing their fraudulent knowledge with you.

So, in all of this we are looking for the first fields which will qualify for an unblemished Most Holy Wavesheaf Offering for an upcoming Month of the Abib to be started, for we will need to acknowledge that day during the 7 days of Unleavened Bread in it. That is a fairly easy process as we know all of the growth stages of barley (and wheat for that matter) so it is easy to forecast within a week of when the grain will be ‘aviv’ or physiologically mature and able to reproduce itself just as our Savior was and is now doing with the second Eve as part of His body. You can find all those definitions in the many articles we have posted on the website: abibofgod.com, and many here on the Facebook Page in the information banner.

There are some in the flock of Messiah who want to see it ‘aviv’ prior to the month starting. If we do not have convincing evidence (to ourselves) of that taking place during our watching in the 11th month, we hop on a plane and do a thorough inspection in the Land traveling back and forth to our well-known fields of traditionally early barley. That is one of the services we provide in the function we have been called to, and it does not cost anyone else one cent. Father and Christ/Messiah have got that covered from the fruit of our own labors.

We also look to identify the timing of the other 9 Biblical witnesses in creation in the Land which support the decision-making process as to when our Elohim have decided to change from winter to summer in the only place on earth They focus on for such determinations. Here are a few of the additional witnesses in the Land to the timing of the moedim. Look at the context this is given in and never forget it. It’s wrapped in deceit and apostasy of those who are to know better about the time of meeting with the Elohim at Their designated days. It is a warning to us all.

Jeremiah 8:4-8

“And you shall say to them; so says Yehovah, shall they fall and not rise up? Or shall one turn away and not return? Why has this people Jerusalem, turned away to a never-ending apostasy! They hold fast to deceitful fraud; they refuse to return. I did listen and heard, but they did not speak up. No man repented because of his evil, saying what have I done. Everyone turned to their own courses of decisions as a horse rushing into battle. Even the stork in the heavens knows her appointed times, and the turtle dove and the swallow, and the swift observe/guard the time of their coming (into the Land). But MY people (talking about the Nation of Judah here) do not know the judgment/decisions of Yehovah. So how do you say we are wise, and the law of Yehovah is with us! (Torah, torah, torah) Behold the lying pen of the scribe’s recordings has certainly worked deceitful shams.”

Unfortunately, deceivers from both Judaism and Christianity have engaged in the Abib Calendar discussion in fraudulent ways and to make an evil gain. Do not be turned in the wrong direction and follow the same spirit of stupor that they both have. We are to follow the Lamb wherever He goes. He will never leave nor forsake us.

And now for the only location this is to done on earth from. Once again, no magic unseen moments in the sky 2,000 miles south of Jerusalem or any other declarations not recorded in scripture.

Deuteronomy 11:10-14

“For the land which you go to possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot as a vegetable garden; but the land which you cross over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven, a land for which Yehovah your Elohim cares; the eyes of Yehovah your Elohim are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year. And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love Yehovah your Elohim and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil.”

The Biblical pattern for determining the Month of the Abib is precise and flawless. However, satan and his minions are doing everything they are allowed to do at this time at the end of the age to confuse you about this watershed doctrine of Father’s as to keeping the exact day He and Christ/Messiah have appointed for meeting with Their own. It’s all part of the process of growing in favor, acceptance, and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus/Yeshua/Yahshua the Christ/Messiah.

Hopefully you will grab hold of this plow and work the field and prepare the way for yourself and those you are providing for.

I mentioned earlier about the history of this watershed doctrine here at the end of the age. Many of the old timers understand that history is the memory of a people and an event. There is a movement underway to establish the new moon sightings and barley inspections to a sect of Judaism. That is an outright lie and deception. There have been big “C” Christians undertaking these tasks in the Land since 1984-85. That is a simple fact. When Steve and I undertook the efforts of proving the methods required to establish the true Biblical Calendar back in the mid 90’s we had no idea that there were efforts already being conducted in the Land by fellow Sabbath keeping Christians. (Thus big “C” Christians)

What we had done was establish a method of finding the evidences from afar reflecting the state of the barley maturing cycle, and other signs in scripture which reflected the timing of it. This was all done from afar using the internet. You can all see the example of that each and every year now with all the postings of them in our archived yearly pursuits.

Several years after publishing the article “The Calendar of God” I received a communication from Nehemia Gordon. He simply asked where I got my understanding of the Calendar from. I simply summed it up for him: from the Bible. After some time, he responded with an invitation to join himself and others in Israel to undertake a barley inspection. I accepted the invite and in 2002 was there in Jerusalem with him. But we were not alone. To my surprise there were fellow members of the body of Christ/Messiah there as well, who also were pursuing their understandings of the necessity for new moon sightings and barley inspections. They had not devised a method as of yet as we had in making these determinations. In fact, that year I had made it clear it would be a normal year. No one else was in agreement with that statement. In a short time that changed in them all.

So, let’s play a game here called count the Karaites with some photos from 2002 which none of you have seen before from me, as I have never posted them. I have hundreds of them for the record as well as a lot of narrative of events for every year.

In the last photo we are on the roof of a hotel in Jerusalem awaiting the new moon sighting. It was successful as it appeared between the cloud breaks to the right and below Venus. Those first two years were some good ones. That changed dramatically in 2005 with a transition in 2004. Maybe I will put up the record of that year in the future if necessary, about all the behind-the-scenes betrayals and breaking of trusts. So do not believe the lie.
