Hi Guys,
Some of the witnesses are stepping up as we close in on the end of this 13th Biblical month and to the first day of the Month of Abib. You can see some photos below which are just a few of the many out there.
However, lets address the importance as to the first day of the Month of Abib in scripture as there is a trend being spun and placed in some folk’s minds that you don’t have to actually start the Month as such, and in turn the only first day to the start of the new year, but can wait until later in the month to make your choice, to be sure of it.
That is a blasphemous wind of doctrine brethren. The first day of the first month is etched in stone as to starting it on time, as well as in its time, as defined by our Elohim. So let me just show a few of the facts placed to safeguard its sanctity: past and future. Then you decide.
Exodus 40:1-2 Then Yehovah spoke to Moses, saying: on the first day of the first month, you shall set up the Tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.
If you take the time to continue in chapter 40 you will see everything is set in place, everything; and sanctified for the upcoming Passover and Days of UB later in the month.
Then we come to verse 17 to reiterate the timing.
And it came to pass in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month, the Tabernacle was raised up.
To complete the importance to the First Marriage Covenant scriptures we now read verses 34-35:
Then the cloud covered the Tabernacle of Meeting, and the glory of Yehovah filled the Tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter the Tabernacle of Meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of Yehovah filled the Tabernacle.
Dear brethren, just apply the spiritual relativity of this great event in Biblical history recorded for all time to us. We can not be careless when starting the Month of Abib on day one! That is how we keep an accurate and mindful count and prepare for 14 days to be ready for the Passover. Its very important. And it will be in the Law once again during the Millennial Rule as well, for Native Israel to return to getting it right.
Ezekiel 45:18-19: Thus says Adonay Yehovih: in the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without blemish and cleanse the sanctuary. The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the Temple, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the gateposts of the gate of the inner court. (Keep reading on your own to see what is changed at that time)
Once again, the sanctuary is commanded to be cleaned and sanctified on the first day of the Month of Abib. Do you see a pattern from our Elohim in this?
They are bookends of instruction, so what do you think They want us to do in the middle of these here at the end of the age?
Yes, me too, get it right and keep GUARD over the entire Month of Abib as commanded in Deuteronomy 16:1 Guard the Month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the Yehovah your God, for in the Month of Abib Yehovah your God brought you out of Egypt by night.
He has brought us out of the darkness of spiritual Egypt as well. We can’t be sloppy in our efforts back to Father and Son. Let’s acknowledge that from day one of our Biblical New Year.
Our Peace we give to you!
