Me again as promised.
Here are some good instructional photos from today. Lets start with the NW Negev in the first 4.
Notice how the wild and domestic grain has returned to a healthy growth cycle since the rains have started there in February. The wild flowers are also emerging in harmony with the grains. Some of the domestic locations are competing with the timing of some of the weed types growing in them from the poor rainfall earlier in the cycle. Tares for sure. Yes they will all be focusing on an April Abib timing.
Then we have 3 photos of domestic barley. These are fields many are familiar with. Only parts of the fields are coming out of the boot and into the head. the third photo in this series shows domestic 2 and 6 row barley giving their witness as to their young age together. Just coming out of the boot and flowering at best. They will be a candidate of the Most Holy First of the Firstfruit Wavesheaf Offering next month.
Then two photos, which once again proclaim an intercalated month is in the works.
Our peace we give to you!
