Sabbath March 14, 2026

Good morning Brethren and Happy Sabbath to All.

It has been a busy week in many aspects of life. It has also been busy in answering questions about this Abib Growing Cycle. So today I am going to put together a comprehensive post covering a lot of those questions and answers in photos from the last 2 days.

You old timers will see me break one of my personal rules in doing this. The reason being I am hearing whispers from some that they may be looking to intercalate at the next new moon. That my dear friends is Biblical lunacy and would be a big mistake in your calling in my opinion.

In an effort to help that segment of the folks who review our information we will provide help for you in your attachment to barley growing in any soil. The first 5 photos are of an area opposite Tiberius. Notice the transition in them as they enter the area. You will see wild barley in semi-acceptable soils and in stony soils that is aviv in large sections of the individual fields. Notice the domestic grain in the one photo as it is changing its color rapidly as it moves through the dough stages.

And yes, that is where Becca lives on the ridge in the upper left corner. Or did when she accompanied us to this area.

Now lets switch over to what acceptable wild barley looks like growing in good ground. You will see wild barley in both red strain and other. They are all in the dough stages. Some are well past Leviticus 2:14 standard of aviv. You determine which.

And you also have one of our infamous self seeded fields from last year which was not plowed this year but nonetheless still very good ground.

Now a quick reminder to not get sucked in by these guys. They are one of the 4 species of Darnel or Rye grass that grow in the Land. We know them as Tares in scripture.

Now some time on wheat. That should send the tares and mixed multitude folks into distress.

As many of you know domestic wheat and domestic barley have the very same Zadok growth scale timing. We have demonstrated this for decades. If you see aviv wheat in the Abib Growing Cycle time frame, you know that the barley in the area is also aviv if it was planted in the same timing. Once again we have demonstrated that so often you old timers may get annoyed at me bringing it up. But there are new folks continually finding the sites we have and acquiring new understandings to themselves without interference in their walks, so that is why we use so much repetition.

This principle also applies to the wild barley growing there as well.

If you go back to the early rainfalls of October you will find a local area that received record amounts of rain in early October. If the grain was in the ground awaiting the rains of heaven at that time it will be the front runner in germination and harvesting, that is if the rains continue with the right meteorological conditions.

The first Wheat photo is from that area. Yes that is way beyond the Leviticus 2:14 standard.

Then we have 4 more photos with some from that general area which obviously did not have their seed in the ground at the timing of the first early rains in October but shortly there after.

And then a look at the rapid progression in the South.

Now to some questions answered in photo's:

Yes the wild figs in the higher elevations are giving their witness.

Yes the wild sheep and goats have had their young.

And then this is what we look for in the older grape vineyards giving their witness.

That is it for this post. Maybe we will do a weather one for the records here later. There are sand storms in the South and raining across the rest of the country. Father is making it abundantly clear it is still the 12th Biblical Month. If He follows His pattern of mercy towards us fledglings (that's us) He will continue the rains off and on until the end of this lunar cycle just to make the point.

Our peace we give to you!
