Good Morning and a happy Sabbath to you All!
We hope your walk through this 8th Biblical Month is going well and that you are focusing on the events in creation, and in the Land, which will instruct us when the next Biblical Year will begin anew with the Month of Abib.
Many of the traditionally early domestic fields are now planted with barley and wheat seed. They are now waiting on Father to send the rains of heaven, also known as the early rains, to instruct the seeds to germinate. Everything that grows from a seed needs water for its life cycle. There are no germinating quantities of rain forecast for the near future. Without them the grain growing Abib Cycle will not start.
If you did not know it the cotton harvest is ongoing across the Land. Lots of local cotton is grown in the same regions as grains are grown. So a few pictures to this effect.
Then to demonstrate how dry it is in most areas of the country in the first half of October this year we have some of the local four legged lawnmowers looking for any semblance of green to munch on.
And lets not forget all of our October migrating bird friends.
There are a lot of people talking about olives these days like they actually know anything about them. Who can tell us what variety of olive tree this is here to cap off our pictures for today? Is it indigenous/native to the Land? What kind of soil and terrain is it growing in? Would this need large amounts of irrigation?
What you see in the picture is the equipment used for shaking the tree. All of these olives could have been hand picked many weeks ago but that is not profit friendly these days. Thus they wait for the time they can be easily shaken from the tree by a machine and collected in the nets on the ground under it. Economically more profitable even with the loss of the early olives on the tree on the lower branches.
Lots of people swallowing camels and straining gnats to promote their winds of doctrine these days, just like it was foretold to be.
Keep safe in our Lord and Savior as we follow the Lamb wherever He goes.
Our peace we give to you!
