Yes, the 2 First Marriage Covenant exceptions for allowing a second Passover are no longer in effect because we are the Temple of the spirit of Elohim and we are washed clean prior to taking the SMC Passover symbols. Thus, being on a long journey and being unclean have no standing in our terms and conditions of the SMC.

1 Corinthians 11:27-30 Therefore, whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks unworthily eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason, many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.

That is pretty clear as to its importance to stay focused on the Passover without excuse. The SMC Passover is not the same as the FMC Passover. There are too many who do not understand that and try to keep the functions of the First.
