Good morning Brethren,

We certainly hope the start to the new week is cooperating with your plans, especially in what this 7 day creation week holds as to the appointed times of the Month of the Abib.

As hard as it may be to believe, there are still some folks chewing on whether they will keep these appointed times this week or not. That stems from 2 different directions: some who kept it a month ago see a mistake in that but need the courage to recommit to keeping this Passover of Yehovah because others around them will not like that. Then other folks who do not quite understand how the Biblical witnesses in creation in the Land are used to confirm the actual Month of the Abib.

Thus we will continue our efforts to assist them in this difficult decision they are trying to make. Doubt and pier pressure can be very serious obstacles to following the Lamb wherever He goes.

There has been a lot of misguided talk about wild barley this year. Maybe during UB we will put up a post addressing most of it. For now let it be said there is only one location that wild barley will give a true Biblical witness from and that is when it is growing in good ground alongside her sister domestic barley or her cousin the wheat. Good ground is that sanctioned by the Biblical pattern which is irrefutable as we have addressed previously in the posts this Abib Growing Cycle and many prior to it.

There are dozens of wild barley variants and varieties growing in the Promised Land. They all have one thing in common; 14 Chromosomes, and that is where it ends. Some have developed specific growing traits that others do not have. Soil played a big part in shaping that as has meteorological conditions in this very diverse terrain.

In the first photo from today look at two different varieties of wild barley growing alongside each other. Also notice the domestic in the background. You will see heads of the red strain wild barley as I named them, in the aviv state. If you handled them they would fall apart. They are in sync with the domestic which will not fall apart behind them as to Zadoks growth scale.

But, look at the other variety or strain of wild barley. It is not aviv and won't be for a while.

So which witness do you believe? The red strain in sync with the domestic or the younger other wild strain?

Do you see a small example of the dilemma and pitfalls which faces wild barley use? You need to be educated to these things so you can make a qualified Biblical decision.

Next we have a lot of photos of wild barley from yesterday from many different growing conditions and soil and elevation differences. We have shown you a lot of dried up and dead wild barley in past posts but lets concentrate on the younger examples still thriving around the country. Notice some are flowering while others have enter the dough stage.

We will show 2 after these from areas already dead and parched.

Once again there is only one soil condition in which wild barley will give a truly consistent and accurate Biblical Witness as the change from winter to summer and the start of the Month of the Abib. Biblically defined good ground which has been plowed, leveled, and seeded.

Now onto some photos of the domestic grains steaming toward and witnessing to the upcoming start to the grain harvest next Sunday on Wavesheaf Day. Try to determine the stages of the wild barley in the photos and once again witness the fact there are many varieties that grow at different rates among the wild strains.

And to wrap it up do not be fooled by tares. They can be very convincing to an untrained eye.

Our peace we give to you!
