Hi again Folks,
As mentioned in the earlier post we will be watching and updating on this storm event which started days ago.
As you can see some heavy rain has fallen in some of the traditionally early grain areas of the country which have been waiting for it. That would be areas east of the Ashdod along Route 3 up to the Judean Hills and then some. The Northern stretch of route 232 also got an overabundance of its early rain and is still getting it.
All said this is grain sustaining amounts which may be needed as it appears the first half of January will be on the dry side once this event ends.
Looking forward to the 11th Biblical Month entering in shortly. For those of you who follow the math in days of growing for the grain crops as defined in Zadok's scale you will note that even the earliest germinating fields this growing cycle are still very young in stature and appearance. With approximately 60 days left in the current Biblical Year it would need a very dramatic meteorological intervention from our Elohim to give us any locations of acceptable aviv barley in that time frame.
Learning to watch the crops like a good and diligent farmer does gives us many insights into when we can expect to harvest a mature crop. To a farmer, doing so, is a big part of his life. It is also life to a spiritual farmer as well. Don't let another define such things for you. Get involved.
Our peace we give to you!
