Good Morning Folks,
Here is the IMS summary of the first half of this winter rain cycle. You will not that they reference the higher than normal temperatures so far. They also point to the 2010-2011winter as the only one being warmer.
Some have been stating that the barley will be very early this year because of the higher temperatures. In doing so they display their ignorance of how this all works in the Promised Land. I will put up a post after this one demonstrating that simple fact of pattern.
