Hi Folks and Happy Prep Day to you All!
And yes, that means everyone who keeps the Sabbath rest of our Lord, even if you don't understand or agree with what we do. The Sabbath is the central focus of our calling as it instructs us about the past and the future.
In answering a question: yes I am retired and do keep my hands in the dirt almost every day with physical work 6 days a week. This time of year one of those activities is replenished fire wood for the winter months. I decided to cut and split 3 years worth this time around. Just a feeling that stirred in me. About 40% through with it.
The first photo's give the evidence of one of my piles from yesterday in the process. So no, I do not sit around looking for ways to extract your money because we do not accept any. Imagine that. I love the Sabbath rest in this my 74th winter. That deals with the unfounded rumor.
Now to the important part of this post.
There are two pictures of a grain field not far from Nir Oz (NW Negev) which give a great opportunity to evaluate based on some of the recent posts reflecting the same thing.
So take a look at them. Here is what you should be looking at and coming up with the answers so that you can form an accurate assessment of what is actually being seen in the photo's.
1) What type of grain.
2) What time of day is it.
3) Where is the photographer standing relative to the field.
4) Is the photographer standing in the field or alongside of it in the open area.
5) Are there any other distinguishing landmarks or vegetation in the overall photo which can give us more understanding in our evaluation.
6) Is this location more or less advanced than the majority of the fields we have been seeing in this region.
7) If so why?
If you put your answers together and have an overall assessment send them over to us via the email. Remember we do not open requests to post or comment unless they have a preview with them. Maybe 1 in 10 does so we read that but the rest get the delete button without being opened.
I do not know how to put a preview into that stuff and maybe most others do not as well. Thus we use our email at the top of this site to conduct all our communications with others.
Our peace we give to you.
