Good Morning and Happy Sabbath to all.

The saying goes that time flies. It certainly has for Linda and I in this count to Pentecost. Here we are at the 5th perfect Sabbath count of the 7 total. Very happy I personally have more time to measure up for this early harvest. You could title the photos from this week as "The same old same old." Here we have 5 different photographers showing us the same state of affairs in 5 different locations in the Land. From the north to the south.

The Land gets a short break today with the possibility of a light rain in some areas and then back to summer heat. Wonderful patterns repeating once again in this cycle. On another note, some of you were astonished with the outcome of the shavuot posts. Yes, etymology is a real science of words. I personally use those understandings in translating specific verses for my own use. Not doing so can be walking into a trap set by our adversary and those he has used to set it to take us off course. So if something seams out of place, it usually is. And it is usually a modern word with its modern terms and conditions suffocating an original inspired word with a different understanding.

Here is the dictionary meaning of it:

etymology noun et·y·mol·o·gy ˌe-tə-ˈmä-lə-jē plural: etymologies 1: the history of a linguistic form (such as a word) shown by tracing its development since its earliest recorded occurrence in the language where it is found, by tracing its transmission from one language to another, by analyzing it into its component parts, by identifying its cognates in other languages, or by tracing it and its cognates to a common ancestral form in an ancestral language.

This is all part of being a good Berean. Our peace we give to you!
