Good morning Folks,

What a blessing to be alive and called at this time in the history of the Plan of Salvation. What a blessing to have the favor, acceptance, and knowledge which can only come from our Elohim: Father and Son.

The pace of the maturing grain has quickened in lots of fields which were planted and waiting for the early rains back in the end of October and beginning of November. Some are not being cut for silage as you will see in some of today's pictures.

The garbage flying around that pictures do not count is a desperate ploy to draw more money and recognition to himself.

I will be addressing lots of that in the near future but for now our focus is on the Biblical witnesses in creation in the Land which are screaming out that the year has changed from winter to summer and the Month of the Abib is in full swing.

By the way I had a nice conversation with Devorah yesterday for those who are concerned on her behalf. I know there are quite a few of you out there. She is well but has her time almost completely consumed these days caring for a family member. If you have ever been through that you can have great empathy for that situation.

She reminded me that last year she was transitioning to keeping the new moon after the equilux in Jerusalem as the start to the Biblical new year and the month of the Abib. She does have that all spelled out in her last new moon report for those who are still looking for it.

If you want to see the equilux dates they are listed on our website and have been for a long time as it is the cut off date for Passover in our understandings from the patterns we have observed in the Land. That is why on our Typical March Calendar you will see the equilux listed and the earliest date for a Passover of Yehovah being the 15th of March.

Lets just lead off today with the white storks. they are filling the skies over the Land and blasting out their trumpet calls.

And for a clarification that is a common mistake at this time of year, the red flowers you now see are poppies not anemones. Yes, the Month of Abib gets a huge poppies bloom at some time during it.

And you will also see a lot of the commercial Iris areas as well. Once again a lot of them at this time of year.

The lawn mowers are doing there jobs in a rapid pace.

Then another nice photo of aviv wheat for the new comers to see how the awns (whiskers) get all scraggly when going through and after the dough stages. In this case completely aviv. And yes, those are a couple of tares in the forefront. Barley does not get scraggly awns.

Then on to the domestic grain fields. They can be found in every stage from flowering to almost harvest ready by machine. Once again that is all dependent upon when they were planted and when they received the timing of the early rains in the Land. I have only added the mature locations which will actually be cut for grain and not silage as that is what most prefer to see.

And then just outside of Beit Shean which used to be the home of our favorite falafel shop. Unfortunately it has changed hands and so has the quality. But we do have a few more all around the country which are always a priority stop.

For you folks who have not had the opportunity to travel all over the Land to see the diversity of it and the grain growing areas we suggest you follow some of the biking clubs in Israel. They video a lot of their extensive rides in just about every area. You will be able to get a quick education of where you can find barley both wild and domestic and of course wheat as well.

Doing so will expose you to the 7 different climatic zones which regulate the timing of the 7 weeks of Biblical harvesting time assigned to the early harvest which is the barley harvest.

As many of you already know one has to get well off the roads at times to find the mature barley. We have done that in our inspections for several decades now and the results are all posted in the archived reports on the website abibofgod.com
