Hi Guys,
We are hoping the spiritual realities of this wonderful 7 days of rejoicing are filling your thoughts as you faithfully adhere to the commands of our Elohim.
This year has been exceptionally peaceful for those of us keeping it together here in Texas. Time to actually think and meditate on so much.
A bunch of folks including some of you have been asking for my personal thoughts on the physical Jubilee of the 10th day of the 7th month. I did set aside a few hours to write them out as some are trying to tie its observance into the Biblical Calendar criteria. Well, they are one Marriage Covenant too late.
So what I will do is attach a PDF of it but some of you guys say you prefer to read it right here on the Facebook page or the website.
Here are both methods.
Our peace we give to you.
The Jubilee: Which one?
Of late we have been getting an uptick in people asking about the Jubilee. To be specific, the 49 year plus 1 physical Jubilee assigned under the terms and conditions of the First Marriage Covenant (FMC). The questions asked range from do we keep it as we are told by some proclaiming we should to be righteous? And if so, when is it kept here at the end of the age? Some are also curious as to how we would actually keep it which is a great question as you will see.
The scriptures which give us the very detailed and specific rules associated with it are found in Leviticus 25. They are wrapped up in the instructions Moses was given at Mt. Sinai as to the sabbatical years of resting the land leading it off. Let me be clear, the folks asking the questions are never asking about the Jubilee of the Bride, which is a spiritual Jubilee under the terms and conditions of the Second Marriage Covenant (SMC) as we will discuss shortly.
In addressing this Biblical subject, it is important to note the differences in timing and the promises associated with the physical Jubilee under the terms and conditions of the FMC, and those of the SMC. The FMC instructions are locked into the 7th month while the FMC instructions are spread across the first 3 months. There are big differences in many ways between the two, but a familiar pattern of counting assigned to both.
Now let me suggest that if you think there is only one Marriage Covenant with the same terms and conditions shared amongst all the participants, those who are Native Israelite's and those who are Gentiles, then you may want to stop reading here so you don’t possibly end up burning too many brain cells as the result of a wrong attitude commencing, or even it simply going in one ear and out the other as my gramma would often suggest to me at times.
The topic of the Jubilee does not have a lot of time invested in it by many who are called of Father these days so at times things are just looked over or taken for granted by some who are deceived and deceiving on the topic.
Let me reiterate, the FMC Jubilee is a physical one; but the SMC jubilee is a spiritual one. So, let’s move on into some of the specific instructions of the FMC Jubilee’s terms and conditions for you to make a decision if you are still investigating the subject.
Leviticus 25:1-2
“And Yehovah spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, saying, speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: when you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to Yehovah.”
The very first thing Yehovah establishes about this land Sabbath and the physical Jubilee following is neither will be kept until they (Native Israelite's) come into the Land. That is very clear, thus its keeping and observing is tied to the Land as that is where the promises will be derived from and kept as we will see.
The first instruction after this as to the pattern of years is detailed in verses 3-7
“Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather its fruit; but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath to Yehovah. You shall neither sow your field nor prune your vineyard. What grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine, it is a year of rest for the land. And the sabbath produce of the land shall be food for you: for you, your male and female servants, your hired man, and the stranger who dwells with you, for your livestock and the beasts that are in your land: all its produce shall be for food.”
Once again, these instructions are tied to the Land. That is the one that had been promised to them, thus the Promised Land and no other.
If you somehow think these are to be kept under the terms and conditions of the SMC then the scriptures are at a loss to explain it. These physical requirements are tied to the FMC terms and conditions. They are tied to the Land, with one living in it. So, lets continue and see that the keeping of the accumulated 7 year land rests which are numbered to include the Jubilee Year are also included in that Land command from Yehovah.
Verses 8-12
“And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years. Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee (yobel) to sound on the tenth of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement, you shall make the trumpet to sound, to pass over all your land. And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family. That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather of your untended vine. For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its produce from the field. For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its produce from the field.”
Once again very specific instructions. Please note the simple fact it is a year of liberty, a release from past mistakes affecting people whether created by themselves or another family member as the scriptures instruct us further down in the chapter. As well there is to be no produce sown in these 50th years. But Yehovah allows the land to produce of itself for multiple years so there is plenty to eat.
Now let’s look at some more of the specific rules assigned to those who are participating in this Jubilee: 13-17
“In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his possession. And if you sell anything to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor’s hand, you shall not oppress one another. According to the number of years after the Jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor, and according to the number of years of crops he shall sell to you. According to the multitude of years you shall increase its price, and according to the fewer number of years you shall diminish its price; for he sells to you according to the number of the years of the crops. Therefore, you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your Elohim; for I am Yehovah your Elohim.”
This is a very simple explanation of the basis of the economic system established in the Land by Yehovah. When was the last time you did anything like that? Also note the additional rules and commands that are given to those participating in this physical Jubilee which are also tied to the Land in the balance of the chapter. They are all physical requirements contained in the terms and conditions of the FMC. And they are all tied to the Land! They are not a part of the SMC terms and conditions as it is a spiritual Marriage Covenant between Yehovah/Christ and Gentiles called to Him by Father.
However, the terms and conditions of the FMC will once again be applied to Native Israelite's during the times of their restoration as the head of the nation’s later in the timeline of the Plan of Salvation. It will be a different relationship from Husband/wife as we will see. That series of events takes place after Christ/Messiah returns on the Feast of Trumpets at the start of the 7th month. That is when He draws/calls the descendants of the Native Israelite's from out of all the Gentile nations they have been scattered in. They have no idea who they are but Christ will reveal Himself to them and instruct them as to who they are and what they need to do. A very simple yet thorough instruction of that is found in Ezekiel 20. Let’s just look at verses 33-44. We simply refer to this as the second exodus as you will see why, and also note such a thing has never happened even though some claim that the Jews occupying the area of the Land currently is its fulfillment. Really? You decide here from the Word of God/Elohim.
“As I live, says Adonay Yehovih, surely with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, and with fury poured out, I will rule over you. I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you are scattered, with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, and with fury poured out. And I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will plead My case with you face to face. Just as I pleaded My case with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will plead My case with you,” says Adonay Yehovih. I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant (circumcision not marriage); I will purge the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they dwell, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yehovah. As for you, O house of Israel, thus says Adonay Yehovih: go, serve every one of you his idols, and hereafter if you will not obey Me; but profane My holy name no more with your gifts and your idols. For on My holy mountain, on the mountain height of Israel, says Adonay Yehovih, there all the house of Israel, all of them in the Land, shall serve Me; there I will accept them, and there I will require your offerings and the firstfruits of your sacrifices, together with all your holy things. I will accept you as a sweet aroma when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered; and I will be hallowed in you before the Gentiles. Then you shall know that I am Yehovah, when I bring you into the land of Israel, into the country which I raised My hand in an oath to give to your fathers. And there you shall remember your ways and all your doings with which you were defiled; and you shall loathe yourselves in your own sight because of all the evils that you have committed. Then you shall know that I am Yehovah, when I have dealt with you for My name’s sake, not according to your wicked ways nor according to your corrupt doings, O house of Israel, says Adonay Yehovih.”
Well, that can’t be any clearer as to what takes place after His return and with His start to the restoration of Native Israel. They will be placed once again into a circumcision covenant which their fathers rejected. The very same terms and conditions as before to test them and prove them, to in fact, establish the circumcision of the heart. The only difference now is it will not be a marriage covenant but one in which He is now in a Father-child relationship with them as Jeremiah chapter 3:19-20 so clearly points out.
“But I said: how can I put you among the children and give you a pleasant land, a beautiful heritage of the hosts of nations? And I said: you shall call Me, My Father, and not turn away from Me. Surely, as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so have you dealt treacherously with Me, O house of Israel, says Yehovah.”
If you want to read the whole story of how this comes about read from verse 1 in Jeremiah chapter 3. Verses 19-20 is where He takes on the title of Everlasting Father to them as Isaiah prophesied in Isa 9:6, just in case you did not already know.
So, when are the terms and conditions applied to Native Israel once again, as to the physical Jubilee and the return to the Promised Land? Ezekiel 36 gives us all the information on that but let’s just concentrate on verses 33-34 for brevities sake.
“Thus says Adonay Yehovih: on the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will also enable you to dwell in the cities, and the ruins shall be rebuilt. The desolate land shall be tilled instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass by.”
When does that happen? On the reality and not rehearsal of a future Day of Atonement. It is a two part process as Leviticus 16 instructs us. Two things must happen prior to their being restored to their inheritance in the Land and their families. Verses 11-22
“1a) And Aaron shall bring the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull as the sin offering which is for himself. Then he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from the altar before Yehovah, with his hands full of sweet incense beaten fine, and bring it inside the veil. And he shall put the incense on the fire before Yehovah, that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the Testimony, lest he die. He shall take some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east side; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.
1b) Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people, bring its blood inside the veil, do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat and before the mercy seat. So, he shall make atonement for the Holy of Holies, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, for all their sins; and so, he shall do for the tabernacle of meeting which remains among them in the midst of their uncleanness. There shall be no man in the tabernacle of meeting when he goes in to make atonement in the Holy of Holies, until he comes out, that he may make atonement for himself, for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel.
1c) And he shall go out to the altar that is before Yehovah, and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the blood of the bull and some of the blood of the goat, and put it on the horns of the altar all around. Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, cleanse it, and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.
(Here we see what He had declared will happen through Ezekiel prior to Native Israelite's being prepared to enter into their physical Jubilee. But there is also part 2 to the process that needs to happen first.)
2) And when he has made an end of atoning for the Holy of Holies, the tabernacle of meeting, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat (rejected as a holy sin offering to shed its blood). Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, confess over it all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, concerning all their sins, putting them on the head of the goat, and shall send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a suitable man. The goat shall carry for itself all their iniquities to an uninhabited land; and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.”
After the children of Israel are completely cleaned then the originator of all their sins in which they fell into is brought forth and exposed for all to see and recognize the part he played in Native Israels decline, and then he is punished for his part in it all. He is put away where he can no longer place evil thoughts into their minds for 1,000 years. And for that matter not into any human beings mind. But as you may know that changes in the timeline of the 8th day after Tabernacles.
After this 2 part correction and cleansing have been completed then the right of redemption is granted to Native Israelite's to return to their land and families. This is the timing of the next physical Jubilee in the Land. Nothing else anyone says to the contrary counts as Native Israelite's are currently lost to its keeping as scripture commands under the terms and conditions of the FMC.
That is the promise given to them that we rehearse each and every Day of Atonement. So, when asked when do we keep it, and how do we keep it, we simply say we do not. For to do so we would need to be keeping every one of the terms and conditions assigned to it starting with living in the Promised Land.
It is not the 50th Jubilee which we the called of Father, and the chosen of Christ are looking for. Ours is very, very simple to understand when we have an understanding of the spiritual realities of the SMC terms and conditions and the Plan of Salvation.
It all starts with the Passover of Yehovah. Here our Savior/Husband sheds His blood for us as the Lamb of Fathers household. He is also the Firstborn of Fathers household in the flesh as well as of many brethren to follow. Prior to that He was beaten/winnowed on our behalf (the Gentiles) so that we could be acceptable to Father in finishing the count of the Bride based on the simple fact that Native Israel fell short of it due to their apostasy. Thus, He became the First of the Firstfruits as well. Firstborn and Firstfruit.
#1060 b’kowr: eldest son, firstborn from bakar; firstborn; hence, chief or eldest (son), firstborn(-ling).
#1061 bikkuwr: from bakar; the first-fruits of the crop or first fruit (figuratively ripe), hasty fruit.
The root for both is bakar #1069: properly to burst the womb, i.e. (causatively) bear or make early fruit (of woman or tree); also (as denominative from bikkuwr) to give the birthright, make firstborn, be firstling, bring forth first child (new fruit).
It is not a coincidence this old Hebrew word branches out into both functions our Lord and Savior fulfilled in the flesh; the Firstborn and First of the firstfruit in Fathers Household.
Now entering the 7 days of Unleavened Bread after the 14th Passover He covered all those who would qualify as the Bride based on the terms and conditions of both Marriage Covenants. The 7 days of UB are reserved for the establishing of those who qualify under the FMC terms and conditions, thus ending them in an atsereth observance. However, those who are to qualify under the terms and conditions of the SMC get their start in it during those 7 days of UB as well and continue into 2 more Biblical months.
On Wavesheaf Sunday the count starts for the barley harvest. It continues for 49 days consisting of 7 perfect Sabbath counts as established in the 7 day week pattern of creation. On the 50th day the Jubilee of the Bride takes place on the Day of Pentecost. Thus, the SMC designation of 50 in the scriptures given to us under our terms and conditions. The SMC count to 50 is given its own relevant title/name: Pentecost, so there is no misunderstanding what it is. It is a magnificent epic event in the history of the created universe.
At that time those who have qualified to undertake the functions of the Bride, the eternal helpmate, the second Eve who are one with the second Adam Jesus the Christ in Fathers household from both marriage covenants, will be joined together to form one symbolic spiritual tabernacle.
Exodus 26:1-6
“Moreover, you shall make the tabernacle (the walls) with ten curtains of fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet; with artistic designs of cherubim, you shall weave them. The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits. And every one of the curtains shall have the same measurements. Five curtains shall be coupled to one another, and the other five curtains coupled to one another. And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the curtain on the selvedge of one set, and likewise you shall do on the outer edge of the other curtain of the second set. Fifty loops you shall make in the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is on the end of the second set, that the loops may be clasped to one another. And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains together with the clasps, so that it may be one tabernacle.”
Please note that this portion of the tabernacle is necessary before the multiple layers of roofing are required. In other words, the walls are made first before the coverings/roof can be applied. The walls are finished on Pentecost. That is a key as well to the sequence of the spiritual realities in the order of the annual holy days. The coverings do not come until a later date as depicted by the Day of Atonement.
Phase one of the Plan of Salvation is completed through the combined 8 days of Passover/UB, which is symbolic of spiritual circumcision, and then the 49 day count to Pentecost, the 50th day after we were accepted on Wavesheaf Sunday occurring during them by Father through Christ being the First of the firstfruits on our behalf thus installing the function of the Bride in the Household before the next phase of the children being born into that family can commence.
So, if you are striving to keep a physical Jubilee at this time, in Biblical language you are perusing a fool’s errand or being deceived, and if promoting that then you are deceiving according to scripture. There is no other way of putting it into words. However, it is not too late to correct that, but that time is coming quickly. Just look to our Saviors parable about the 10 virgins. Only half the spiritual tabernacle walls will be selected under our SMC terms and conditions as the other half of the combined 10 have already qualified and are in the grave awaiting their reward from the FMC terms and conditions as the atsereth of UB identifies.
Matthew 25:1-13
“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed (waiting on the number to be completed), they all slumbered and slept. And at mid night a cry was heard: behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him! Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, give us of your oil, for our lamps are going out. But the wise answered, saying, lest there should not be enough for us and you; go to Them who sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy (putting in their own effort), the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us! But he answered and said, assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you. Watch therefore, for you (the foolish virgins) know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.”
If you did not know how this was linked to the FMC and the spiritual Tabernacle now you do.
We all have choices to make and follow in remaining faithful to our calling and choosing. We are tied to the SMC terms and conditions not the physical terms and conditions of the FMC as they are no longer applied to us as Paul so clearly stated in Hebrews and elsewhere.
Hebrew 8:7-13
“For if that first had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. Because finding fault with them (Native Israelite's), He says: behold, the days are coming, says Yehovah, when I will make a new covenant (circumcision of the heart) with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, not according to the covenant (marriage) that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My (marriage) covenant, and I disregarded them, says Yehovah. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says Yehovah: (Remember Ezekiel 20) I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, know Yehovah, for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more. In that He says, a new; He has declared the first worn out. Now what is becoming worn out and grown old is ready to vanish away/be abolished”
Why did Paul say ready to vanish and worn out? Because there was still a few qualifying under the terms and conditions of the FMC at that time as they had remained faithful to them and were not called by Father. There was a transition time period between those being faithful to the FMC terms and conditions and those called by Father under the SMC terms and conditions.
This is all part of the simple mystery that Paul so often refers to in his writings. He instructs us that we are to be servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God, in his corrections given to the Corinthians. As such we do not live in the Promised Land nor are we numbered as Native Israelites but rather Gentiles called of Father to complete the number of the Bride not attained under the FMC terms and conditions by Native Israel.
And yes, our SMC terms and conditions are different as they are of a spiritual nature and not a physical one. As such, much more is expected of us as we have both Father and Son working towards finishing the work they started in us. Thus, then spiritual marriage of the Bride has to come first for the Plan of Salvation to continue.
Our peace we give to you.
