Good Morning and a Happy Sabbath to you all.
Some of you have no doubt heard about the passing of John Illgen. The vast majority of you have not and most do not know about his involvement in the Abib Calendar inspections in the Land.
John was committed to undertaking barley inspections each year in Israel. At times he would do so by himself which is a tribute to his commitment to serving the Body.
You have seen photos and videos he has taken there and posted on this site. I personally will miss him as he was a great help in our efforts to provide accurate and timely evidences to any and all who had an interest in using them.
Please pray for his family and the brethren he fellowshipped with in their loss. May the finger of Mighty El write his name in the Book of Life.
