Hi again Guys,

Bruce and Alice sent in the following reply to my question yesterday.

"1. Plant growth using the Zadoks Scale is at about 39.

2. Recent rains increased the plant growth too fast now.

3. So our Creators will send cooler weather into the barley fields to slow down the barley growth. This slowdown will allow the stalks to get larger and multiply but not mature faster.

4. Our Creators will control the barley growth for the weeks to come so it will be ready on time to start the next year."

That is a pretty good summary of what is taking place right now it the field which is in yesterdays post and added below as well as a good outlook to be anticipated. Take a look at the grain growth chart above in the information band. It shows drawings of what grain looks like at specific stages of growth. You can compare the photo to the chart. It is very good practice to do so.

This particular field is just starting to exit the tiller stages into the stem extension stages. You can see some of the plants starting to stretch upwards. It is at this time in the plants life that it is easy for our Elohim to manage it. This stage can be stretched out for quite some time without reaching its maturity levels in this stage prior to exiting it for the next stage of growth.

What does that is: cloudy skies and lower temperatures. That affects growing degree days a lot.

This field is displaying a 30 day growth look under perfect conditions. However it is actually about 42 days since it germinated. Its delay in maturing out of the tillering stages was caused by all the rain as it is growing really thick and broad with lots of tillers to sustain (which it ultimately won't).

Use some of today's photos as well with the growth chart to evaluate the Zadok stage it is in.
