Good morning once again Brethren,
With Passover only days away now instead of weeks and months my thoughts swing to Wavesheaf Day as well. For us here that will be Sunday April 5. The truths it holds are a parable to so many, yes mystery as the translations put it. But not so for those called of Father and dining one on one with our Savior, the Lamb and the First of the Firstfruit of Fathers household.
All things continue as they are supposed to in the Month of the Abib. Yes, even in spite of the rains out of season.
Hermon looks stunningly beautiful as she always does during this time of year. Those snows will fill the Jordan River in its upper reaches as it always does in March/April. I have had the privilege on several inspection trips to watch the flow cascading through the narrows just south of the Sea of Galilee multiple times. I have film of it somewhere in one of the computers. Of course now the flow is regulated by the water authority and diverted to agricultural purposes between Israel and Jordan. It is but a trickle when it hits the Dead Sea now.
The domestic grain fields of barley and wheat continue on through the dough stages awaiting their turn in the weeks ahead to be harvested for their grain. The wild barley is also on pace with the domestic if found in reasonably fertile soils. When found in the same ground as the domestic it is actually ahead of its relatives if they germinated together back in later November and early December, but all those that did so previous to that are cut for silage already across the country.
And then we have the white storks looking in on the progress as they do every year at this time.
Beauty and perfection from the mind of our Elohim.
Our peace we give to you!
